Purchased at the Goffs UK Breeze Up sale, this gelding is by ARDAD. The sire of three-time Group 1 winner and now sire in his own right, PERFECT POWER.

We were delighted to secure this fabulous son of Ardad for, what we thought was, a very reasonable/bargain price of £40,000. He finished 8th in the timed breeze of over 200 horses of Town Moor on Tuesday morning and horses that finished in front of him, subsequently, sold for £280,000, £300,000, £100,000 (she was tiny but we bid £90,000), £300,000, £420,000, £190,000 (we bid £175,000) & £125,000 respectively. A further 64 horses sold for more than our colt, so a simple analysis of the ‘bang for your bucks’, would suggest we’ve secured exceptional vaulted.

In his breeze, he had everything we look for and we’d be thrilled if he proved to be another star for us like The Platinum Queen, Donjuan Triumphant, Ventura Storm, Malc, Maylandsea etc etc, the list goes on.

Update (November 7th): George reports, that he is very happy with how he came out of the race at Yarmouth, where he ran an eye catching debut. Things didn't go his way at Leicester, where the ground had gone to heavy, but he is fit and well. His race entries/declarations, will show on this page.
