Second fastest filly in 'the race'..
Purchased at the Tattersalls Guineas Breeze Up sale, this filly is by PROFITABLE.
A gorgeous, good sized filly with strength, substance and a great walk to her, she really fills the eye, she’d very much hold rank, on appearance, alongside any Juddmonte or Godolphin filly, in our humble opinion, so to see her fly up the 2.3f breeze up runway, in the time of the second fastest filly in the race was a real sight to behold.
Watch her walk and profile video, here:
The only filly to trump her sold for 180,000gns, more than double our purchase price of 82,000gns and it’s for this reason we’re happy to pigeonhole this filly as representing exceptional value. On times alone, she shapes like a Group race filly, and hails from a sale, where, two years ago, we unearthed the Group 1 winning The Platinum Queen, who later sold for 1.2 million guineas.
Her breeze was not only super rapid, amongst the 200+ horses in the race, it was so uncomplicated, effortlessness almost, and if you watch the whole breeze through, unlike many who’ve cried ‘enough’ by the end of the breeze, she’s still going strong, even beyond the point where the white running rails disappear - this has to be a great sign for when she hits the 5f or 6f of the racecourse itself.
Watch her breeze video, here:
Ross Doyle thought she was the best filly on offer on the day, as a physical and Richard Hannon fell in love with her, as soon as he clapped eyes on her.
There should be no hanging about with her too. For all that she possesses great size and substance, she is already in proportion and so she’s the perfect fit, ready for action now, but who will train on physically beyond her 2yo year.
It’d be lovely to be dreaming of black type races for this filly.
Training update (November): A very good 2nd after some time off. She looks excellent, has strengthened up and looks in great form. Her race entries/declarations, will show on this page.
Here's his narrated video update on her from 27th May:
