Jukebox Fury
Race entries
From the Goffs Landrover Sale, where we bought our dual Grade 1 winner Marie's Rock, also trained by Mr Henderson.
Far and away the very best pedigree we’ve ever been able to source on behalf of our MPR owners, this half-brother to the multiple Grade 1 winner DON POLI, comes highly recommended. Don Poli is not the mare Dalamaine’s sole claim to fame, however, everything she touches seems to turn to BLACK TYPE gold, with her progeny’s race record being littered with Graded Cheltenham and Punchestown festival winners galore. Her progeny just seem to go from strength to strength as they mature.
Racing Update: Back at Seven Barrows, we are looking forward to see the lightly raced 5-year old back on the track this autumn. His race entries / declarations will show on this page.
He is a smashing individual, he’s the perfect size, at just short of 16.2hh. Both hurdling and chasing should come alike and he could stay particularly well, in time.
Jukebox Jury has only been on the National Hunt scene, as a stallion, for 4 seasons or so, and he’s starting to command an increasing nomination price, for mares to be covered by him. He’s had Group performers on the Flat, courtesy of his Sadlers Wells line genes, but he’s really finding his niche as a Jumps stallion, with the likes of Grade 1 Cheltenham Festival winner Farclas and Santani as well as the Grade 1 Cheltenham Festival placed, War Lord. Hurdlers and Chasers come alike to this very talented and versatile stallion. Group 1 winner Princess Zoe shone across both codes too.
PEDIGREE UPDATE: His half-sister POLITESSE wins! https://www.irishracing.com/news?prid=234030
Jukebox Jury has made an exceptional start to his national hunt sire career and we think it could just be the mating that the mare needs to produce yet another top-level animal.
