Wedding Date wins at York!

Our daughter of Dandy Man won for the third time today and what a stage to do it on - the Dante Festival at York!

Thanks go to her trainer Richard Hannon and jockey Clifford Lee, who has now won twice on the filly - what a rapport they have. She came with a later powerful run; summed up by the Racing Post: "Tracked leaders, pushed along and slightly outpaced over 2f out, ridden and headway to chase leaders over 1f out, strong run inside final furlong, led last 50yds."  She won half of her purchase price for today's win, which is a lovely bonus.

We loved the Racing TV coverage too, with Tom Stanley saying "I was standing close to the finishing line and one of her owners - the lady in pink - was getting very excited, and so she should."

Many congratulations to all her owners. She is our 24th winner of the year.
