Winner 64 of 2024: AIRSHOW, trained by Rod Millman and ridden by Mr Patrick Millman: ‘New Hall Hospital Adrian Wadforth Amateur Jockeys' Handicap’ over 1m at Salisbury.
A 14th victory for our eye-catching chestnut !
Drawn 3/6, he pinged the gates and Patrick could get him across nicely towards the rail and skipped along in front. Shaken up 2f out, he kept on well and in the final furlong, pricked his ears and was always doing enough, to win by an impressive 4 1/2 lengths - never seeing another rival. Airshow and Patrick maintain their great partnership and are now 3-4 rides.

Timeform rated his 14th victory with a 77, saying: "was seen to maximum effect as he capitalised on a falling mark, ridden by by far the most experienced jockey in the race; made all, went with zest, went clear 3f out, hung right from 2f out, unchallenged."
