Farewell Clem Fandango

Clem Fandango sold for 100,000 guineas at the Tattersalls Mare Sale yesterday and we say a fond farewell to her. 

Winning £115k in prize money and belying the €11k we bought her for, our grateful thanks go to her and everyone at Keith Dalgleish, especially Jordan who adored her and accompanied her at almost every race around the country.

She has left her owners not just with a healthy return on their initial share outlay, but perhaps more importantly, with some amazing memories:

Racing at Royal Ascot (she was 3rd in the Group 2 Queen Mary), taking three trips to France, winning the 5f Listed Harry Rosebery Stakes at Ayr by 3 3/4 lengths, taking 2nd in the Group 3 Cornwallis Stakes and being a thoroughly lovely filly-who gained quite a cult following on social media!

Good luck Clem - you've been a little star for us and your owners and we now can't wait to see your foals on the ground!
