Yesterday at Richard's, we said farewell to DONJUAN TRIUMPHANT, as he has been sold privately.

He has been a joy to be associated with and is the definition of a dream horse. Bought for 30,000 Guineas, he took his owners to some of the biggest meetings and races in Europe. He leaves us after 16 starts, three victories, a staggering six 2nd places and three 3rd’s. Earning £239,000 in prize money, his wins in a maiden, a listed race and a Group 2 (pictured) during his 2 year old career, were bolstered at the age of 3 by a fine 2nd in the Group 2 Sandy Lane and the fantastic runner up in the Group 1 Prix Maurice de Gheest.

He took his owners to Royal Ascot and Champions Day & he leaves us with many wonderful memories made. We wish him and his new connections the best of luck for the future.
