We return from Goffs, very pleased with 16 yearlings
Thu 31 Aug 2017
Always a very busy week for our bloodstock team, but the time spent on researching pedigrees, inspecting hundreds of yearlings and re-inspecting our short list, is time well spent, when a year later the purchases cross the winning line in first place. Today saw Kikini Bamalaam win back to back 7f races at Musselburgh-one of the winning graduates bought at the Premier sale this time last year. Last year's Premier graduates have now won 17 races between them so far, with two awaiting their race debut, so for us, it's a week that bears fruit year on year.
Tim says: "There can be little doubt that trade at both the Premier and Silver sales was very strong. However, we pride ourselves on sourcing value for money individuals and place them carefully with appropriate trainers. So we were delighted to secure 16 excellent specimens, with strong pedigrees, for what we deem to be sensible prices."
With share prices starting at £600 for a 2.5% share there is real value available and we have sent this cohort to Michael Bell, Keith Dalgleish, Tim Easterby, Richard Fahey, Richard Hannon and Bryan Smart.
We have already sold out of our first yearling-so thank you and good luck to her new owners!
