Mulligatawny and Silvestre De Sousa were not for passing!
Wed 29 Aug 2018
MULLIGATAWNY romped home at Ripon yesterday afternoon, as Silvestre De Sousa urged 'Soupy' from the stalls to the front and the duo were not for passing in the 10f Class 3 handicap.
After being second in the same race last year, it was s superb win for a horse who is adored by his owners and who deserved the £9,337 1st prize, for his 2 3/4 length victory!
Well done everyone and thank you Silvestre and his trainer Roger Fell. Led up by Sarah Jones, who accompanied Burnt Sugar to his acclaimed International Stakes win at Ascot recently-she clearly is a lucky charm!
