A double to end the month

Our second double of the month came courtesy of VENTURA MAGIC at Lingfield and PRANCING OSCAR at Hamilton.

Ventura Magic had Silvestre De Sousa on board for Richard Hannon and he gave another super ride, kicking on to lead 2 furlongs out and holding off the challenger close to the line as he started to dawdle in front. He was subsequently sold after the race and we wish his new connections the very best of luck with him.

Prancing Oscar made the journey North to Hamilton for a race that we and his trainer Ben Haslam have had in mind for him for a while-and it was worth it! He battled gamely showing real determination  to win for a second time, this time with Paul Mulrennan on board.

Well done to both sets of owners.

We ended may with 11 winners and £149,087.60 of prize money, which has us ahead of 2017 on both counts at the moment, which is great!
