2 runners and 2 winners from Legal History and Ventura Ocean!

Oh, Happy Day - 2 runners yesterday, yielded 2 winners!!
At Exeter, LEGAL HISTORY backed up his impressive win at Ascot 9 days ago, by taking the City Of Exeter Challenge Cup under a 7lbs penalty and with consummate ease!
Taking his earnings now to more than the £40k that we paid for him at Tattersalls in November, he looks to be going places. As you will hear in the race replay commentary below, they describe him as "in good heart" and "won with a lot in hand."
A very exciting young horse to be involved in for his owners - well done to them all and thank you to David Pipe and Tom Scudamore. That is a handsome trophy in the photographs! His syndicate manager Tom says that he will now head to the valuable Sussex Champion Hurdle.

VENTURA OCEAN followed up Legal History’s win, by taking a race that Richard Fahey has won 5 times in the last 6 years at Pontefract! Having been gelded over the winter, he went off at odds of 8/1 in the 6f sprint. It was a great seasonal debut for the son of Raven’s Pass, and under a super ride by Sean Davis, from stall 7, where he had to track wide. But he finished very well on the outside and ran through the line.
Well done team Musley Bank, thank you to talented apprentice Sean and many congratulations to his owners.
We are now on 15 winners and over £150,000 of prize money for 2019, so things are looking rosy!
