Sioux Nation ex Siesta Time filly
Race entries
Top Hats at The Ready
We’ve enjoyed phenomenal success with our Knockanglass Breezer’s – Malc, Uncle Don, Ventura Ocean, The Coffee Pod, Red Zone Hero to name but a few.
Knockanglass’ head honcho, Thomond O’Meara rang last week to mark our card, suggesting this daughter of Coolmore’s severely upwardly mobile sire SIOUX NATION, has been burning up the home gallops, over in Ireland.
“According to our system, she’s a black-type filly, who should make up into a Royal Ascot sort come June”
We’ve taken him at his word and taken the plunge - Thomond predicts she’ll likely need one run in April, one run in May and on to Royal Ascot, all being well - Top Hats at The Ready, we’d suggest!
She’ll head over the Irish Sea and go into training with ace 2yo trainer Richard Hannon near Newbury - until recently, Richard was the trainer of our very own Group 1 performer SHOULDVEBEENARING as well as both ROSALLION & HAATEM, neither of whom, need any introduction - historically there’s likely no finer trainer of a fast 2yo filly than Richard Hannon Snr and now Richard Hannon Jnr - it’s a fabulous system they have down there and it churns out Group 1 horses after Group 1 horses, year in, year out.
Training Update: Her race entries and declarations will show on this page.
